Pure Air Control Unit Signs $30M Contract with NCPA

June 9, 2021
Under three-year deal with National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance, Building Health Check division will sell air purification devices, consulting services and remediation services to NCPA members.

PRESS RELEASE

CLEARWATER, FL – June 3, 2021 – Pure Air Control Services, one of the nation’s top indoor air quality (IAQ) firms, today announced its Building Health Check division has signed an agreement worth $30 million with National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) to sell air purification devices, consulting services and remediation services to members of its cooperative.

The contract was awarded to Building Health Check, LLC, a division of Pure Air Control Services, Inc., and valued at $10 million a year during a three-year term. The contract allows NCPA members to purchase UV-C autonomous robots and stationary building disinfection devices from Building Health Check, LLC under a competitively bid and awarded contract.

The contract also provides for consultative and prescriptive indoor air quality services including IAQ testing to determine baseline conditions, recommendations for the type and number of UV-C devices or other air purification technologies, as well as remedial services to fix IAQ issues.

“We are very excited to be working with NCPA to provide cutting-edge IAQ technology and services to their members across the United States,” said Alan Wozniak, president, Building Health Check. “While there is no one-size-fits-all solution for good indoor air quality, UV-C is a proven, effective tool for disinfection and risk management and an important component of a holistic IAQ approach along with our other ancillary solutions.”
