Alan Ring is HPAC Engineering’s new Central/West district manager.

Previously, Ring served as Western-region sales manager for a commercial-building design and construction magazine. Prior to that, he held the position of vice president of sales and marketing for a publishing company focused on the property-and-casualty-insurance field, playing a key role in the company's nationwide expansion. Other past positions include director of business development for a Silicon Valley market-research firm and Western U.S./Asia/Pacific manager for a leading fiber-optics-technology publication.
