HPAC Engineering's seventh annual Engineering Green Buildings (EGB) Conference and Expo and Contracting Business' HVAC Comfortech and Commercial HVACR Symposium will be joining forces once again for HVACR Week Sept. 22-24 at the Baltimore Convention Center.

ERV WEBINAR JUNE 23

On June 23 at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT, HPAC Engineering and Contracting Business will present a free hour-long Webinar, “Small, Distributed Energy Recovery Ventilation: An Effective Design Approach for Projects Small and Large,” sponsored by RenewAire.

Engineers make early decisions regarding central air handlers and terminal equipment for their heating and air-conditioning-system designs. When energy-recovery ventilation (ERV) is added to a design, central air handlers typically are chosen. Modern ERVs are available in small package configurations that can be applied on a ventilation-zone basis throughout a building. This Webinar will discuss advantages of central-station and terminal approaches and offer examples of projects that utilize multiple smaller ERVs to meet ventilation and efficiency standards.
