InsideIQ Building Automation Alliance Launches Website

Feb. 5, 2013
A Website launched by InsideIQ Building Automation Alliance  showcases the range of services offered by the alliance’s members.

InsideIQ Building Automation Alliance, an international alliance of independent building-automation professionals, has launched a new Website. It provides detailed information about the organization and its 47 independent member companies.

The site, www.insideiq.org, showcases the range of services offered by the alliance’s members, which are designed to provide building owners and operators with a one-stop resource for enhancing their indoor environments.

“The InsideIQ Website is a portal facility managers can use to locate an independent local contractor for their building environmental and security-system controls and service needs,” Mark Balent, president of the alliance, said. “With locations across the United States, Canada, The Netherlands, and Australia, InsideIQ member firms are experts in the design and implementation of facilities and process-control systems, systems integration, enterprise security systems, facilities maintenance services, and energy services.”

Online, InsideIQ customers will find complete information about the alliance's technology, energy, and service solutions, and its business-based approach that focuses on accelerating customers’ return-on-investment. A locator map enables building owners and operators to find the InsideIQ firm in their area, complete with full contact information and a link to the local company's own Website.

“While our member companies employ over 4,200 people and generate more than $1.1 billion in annual revenue, each one offers on-the-ground expertise in its local market,” Balent said. “Because InsideIQ companies are independent and manufacturer-agnostic, our members can make quick decisions that are driven by the customer's needs, not a predetermined marketing agenda.”

InsideIQ Building Automation Alliance is an organization of 47 independent commercial building and facility-automation companies representing common automation and security system platforms. Members specialize in the design and implementation of facilities and process-control systems, systems integration, enterprise security systems, facilities maintenance services, energy services, and the representation of other value-added products and services. Member companies provide consistent applications, coordination, and support for commercial facility owners across North America, Canada, and parts of Europe.
