Following the April launch of an online resource providing LEED green-building data in real time for each state and Washington, D.C., the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) recently announced an expansion of the resource to the more than 150 countries with LEED projects under way.

The international “market briefs” detail LEED projects by owner sector, rating system, and space type. Also, they provide information related to in-market LEED-credentialed professionals and USGBC members.

“These market briefs offer a global view, country by country, simultaneously representing the international demand for LEED and our commitment to making the story and the data behind it transparent,” Mahesh Ramanujam, chief operating officer, USGBC, said.

The international market briefs, accessible at www.usgbc.org/advocacy/country-market-brief, can be downloaded as either a visualization or a raw data file.
