Schneider Electric, which specializes in energy-management and security solutions, has announced it has completed the transformation of TAC as its Buildings Business. Schneider Electric will offer customers a range of solutions related to power, data centers, industrial automation, building management, and security.
"This brand migration is more than just a name change; this is a new way of approaching our energy-management business and customers' needs," Chris Curtis, president and chief executive officer of Schneider Electric's Buildings Business, said. "Establishing the Buildings Business as the center for one of Schneider Electric's core competencies is a major companywide initiative. We can now take multiple solutions from our comprehensive portfolio through one seamless customer interface to become a single-source energy management provider.”
