The HL Series is a comprehensive line of air curtains designed for hazardous industrial environments, such as petroleum refineries, food processing and pharmaceutical plants, chemical facilities, and compressed natural gas bus garages. The air curtains restrict energy losses and the infiltration of fumes, airborne contaminants and flying insects by separating indoor and outdoor environments at open industrial doorways. The HL Series construction is based on explosion-proof motors, spark-resistant fans, HL electrical components and construction, and other precautions required by ANSI/NFPA-70 National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations. HL Series units are factory-assembled in single length units, from 3 to 16-ft-long cabinets that don't require intermediate installation supports. Optional steam or hot water coils are available. —Berner International Corp.

The Macurco MRS-485 adapter converts the 4-20mA analog signal from Macurco 6-Series type detectors to a digital signal for use with multipoint addressable systems. The 6-Series detectors are used to measure the concentration of various gases and provide feedback and automatic control to help ensure a safe environment. The MRS-485 accepts the 4-20mA output and is powered from the same connection as a detector. The MRS-485 can interface with building-automation systems, control panels, or other control devices that accept Modbus communications. — Macurco
