AAON FZ Series fluid coolers are designed to be an add-on for existing or new chilled-water systems to save compressor energy at low-ambient conditions. Variable-frequency-drive-controlled fans and high-efficiency air-cooled heat exchangers are available to maximize performance. All models feature double-wall, rigid polyurethane-foam panel construction. The fluid cooler can be provided with factory-engineered and installed pumping packages, eliminating the need for an indoor mechanical room.

Bosch Thermotechnology offers the Buderus GB162 gas condensing boiler for commercial and light-commercial applications. The combination of condensing and cascading technologies in one compact, lightweight design provides ultrahigh performance efficiencies and the ability to fit multiple boilers into tight spaces. The units are available in standard or high-efficiency operation with constant-volume, staged-air-volume, or variable-air-volume fan control. Gas, electric, hydronic heat plus cooling-only models provide operational flexibility, while the patented Humidi-MiZer adaptive dehumidification system provides further comfort control if required. High full- and part-load efficiencies are achieved through the use of multiple scroll compressors and indoor coils with intertwined dual refrigerant circuits. Enhanced refrigerant control is achieved through the use of electronic expansion valves.

Hurst Boiler's Thermo-Master and Stack-Master are factory-installed internal devices that aid in lowering stack temperatures by utilizing makeup feedwater and exhaust gases as a means to increase overall boiler efficiency. Their unique water-to-water counterflow design partitions off the boiler vessel toward the end of the flue pass. Within this isolated zone, lower-temperature makeup water is injected through strategically placed manifolds. This lower-temperature zone is able to transfer more of the remaining heat from the spent flue gases, enabling the release of its energy to the work load before exiting the system.

This constant recycling deaerator from Industrial Steam guarantees deaeration of dissolved oxygen in excess of 0.005 cc per liter from 0 percent to 100 percent of deaerator capacity. The Macurco MRS-485 adapter converts the 4-20mA analog signal from Macurco 6-Series type detectors to a digital signal for use with multipoint addressable systems. The 6-Series detectors are used to measure the concentration of various gases and provide feedback and automatic control to help ensure a safe environment. The MRS-485 accepts the 4-20mA output and is powered from the same connection as a detector. The MRS-485 can interface with building-automation systems, control panels, or other control devices that accept Modbus communications.
