Commissioning Provisions of the International Green Construction Code

The International Code Council is breaking new ground with the International Green Construction Code (IgCC). Published this spring, it is the first internationally acknowledged code focused on high-performance buildings. It contains a comprehensive and detailed treatment of high-performance-building strategies, including energy conservation and commissioning (Cx). This article discusses the Cx sections of the code.
