USGBC Seeks Comments on LEED 2009
The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) has invited the public to comment on a draft of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) 2009 rating system. LEED 2009 includes LEED for New Construction, LEED for Existing Buildings, LEED for Commercial Interiors, LEED for Core and Shell, and LEED for Schools, with plans calling for the incorporation of other LEED rating systems in the future.
