The two 30-year-old boilers recently removed from Lutheran Home of Concord Reserve in Westlake, Ohio, were made of steel. The material of construction is incorrect in the September 2012 article “Four Key Aspects of Hydronic Design.” Also, PHB Group (now Stantec Architecture) was the architectural firm in charge of the retrofit project at St. John the Baptist Cathedral in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. The firm's name is incorrect in the August 2012 Design Solutions article “HVAC Retrofit Sees 19th-Century Church Outfitted With 21st-Century Controls.”
