AHR Expo has launched two new communication tools designed to keep worldwide HVACR professionals updated on the latest show-related news. The two tools are Webchat, which can be found on the AHR Expo Website, and a Twitter account.

The Webchat tool allows Web visitors to chat live with an AHR Expo staff member directly from any page on the Website without having to send an e-mail or pick up the phone, enabling current and potential show exhibitors and visitors to have questions answered immediately. Webchat provides site visitors an additional way to interact with the AHR Expo team and gain access to information about the event, which will be held Jan. 31 to Feb. 2 in Las Vegas.

The addition of a Twitter account provides another channel for the HVACR industry to engage in discussions about the upcoming show, educational opportunities, industry issues, and exhibitor products and brands.

The 2011 AHR Expo is endorsed by 31 HVACR industry associations and is co-sponsored by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute. The Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Institute of Canada is an honorary sponsor. ASHRAE's winter meeting is held concurrently with the AHR Expo each year.
